Как обрабатывать уведомления, когда приложение в фоновом режиме в военнослужащих

вот мой манифест

когда приложение находится в фоновом режиме и приходит уведомление, то уведомление по умолчанию приходит и не запускает мой код onMessageReceived.

вот мой onMessageReceived код. Это вызывает, если мое приложение работает на переднем плане, не когда приложение в фоновом режиме. Как запустить этот код, когда приложение находится в фоновом режиме?
