[[NSNotificationCenter defaultCenter] postNotificationName: 
                       @"TestNotification" object:nil userInfo:userInfo];
при наблюдении кода:
- (void) receiveTestNotification:(NSNotification *) notification {

    NSDictionary *userInfo = notification.userInfo;
    MyObject *myObject = [userInfo objectForKey:@"someKey"];
}
